Santiago Aguilar founded the company in 2019 after 15 years of experience with different moving companies around Massachusetts. He and his wife, two Latino immigrants, started their company from the ground, driven by a vision of providing exceptional moving services with a personal touch. In the early days, Santiago tirelessly worked for 80 hours a week, dedicating himself to two or three moving companies simultaneously. Undeterred by the demanding schedule, he initiated his own business while continuing as a part-timer with other companies. Determined and resilient, Santiago's commitment led to the gradual acquisition of a truck fleet, symbolizing the growth of a small venture into a thriving moving enterprise.
